This song had a little soul in it...we all thought Madonna was black back then before we saw her... Madonna, pre -1986 Madonna was more a mix of R&b/pop.- debra and Cyndi all were very different...Debra Harry never danced like this and seemed spaced out in most of her videos...she tried to be more avant garde- more New Wave..which was the style during the very early eighties---Cyndi was more of a punk/hippie who borrowed a lot of styles from the 50's and 60's....

Nope, the video they made in Morocco was for Holiday, but was done outside in sand dunes, for a TV show. You can find it on youtube, in very low quality.

You're prob thinking of Lucky Star. It has the same dancers, outfits and very similar choreography. Warners decided this clip was so poor they never released it - mainly because of the strange extra in the background. Instead, Madonna made Lucky Star in front of a white studio background but retained all the other elements. Holiday at the time was promoted via a live performance on American Bandstand in the US, in the UK a version from Top of the Pops was used.
