In most states if you are on parole or probation you lose your fourth amendment rights and protections. I certainly don't agree with it either. It does not matter if you are charged with a crime or convicted of one, a right is something that can not and should not be taken away. However, seeing as this is the norm it means the constitution has been shredded and the bill of rights is now the bill of privileges. So much for the land of the free and home of the brave. It makes me sick

I wish I had watched this video 7 months ago before I got arrested for possesion. almost exact same scenario as the dude that got pulled over for speeding 20+mph. cept I didn't know my rights and the officer told me he smelled marijuana as soon as he stepped out of the car. eventually I caved and gave it to him. police are trained to be overbearing and make you wave your rights, don't do it! know your rights before you end up in trouble!
