Too bad that stuff will likely never make it to the moon since the Ares program has turned into a dead end. Just google Ares I and thrust oscillation if you know even basic engineering you'll realize it's a broken design that cannot be fixed. Well it might give spacex and bigelow ideas on what to do when they get there.

Unfortunately you can't really joke about that because people make serious comments like that all the time. It is really sad.

WE ARE THE BAD COMMENT BANDITS, AKA BCB. This video was commented due to the fact that it is a disgrace to all of Youtube. There fore, we will not rest until this madness is stopped/deleted along with all other pointless, mindless videos. Thank you for your time, Sincerely, BCB CORPS.

Yes, I didn't think about temperature extremes. Not as cold as liquid nitrogen, but close. Neoprene would likely shatter. Silicone rubber, perhaps?

What do you mean they can't move their neck? There is a ton of room in that helmet for them to move their head wherever they want. Their head isn't strapped in place.....

The shape of the suits look so unconfortable for the astronauts like the can't move their neck, makes me rember the mechanic monster of the movie the Fith Element with Bruce Willis and Chris Tucker
putamares2005 (June 14, 2008 at 1:12 am)
and why would you like a Lanborgini Diablo Rover on the moon? Their main concer is not to get stuck on the terrain
Shipdocks (June 13, 2008 at 7:27 pm)

OH..hello...yes...I'm from slashdot. I don't need the TFA in order to have a deeply-held opinion or make some "witty" remark. Bothering to get actual facts just cuts into my flaming time.
