In the video response I submitted, pay particular attention to two men standing behing two Dallas Police Officers ( 1 minute 31 seconds) one of the men is Phil Ochs legendary folk singer who was sent to Dallas as an observer. There is another You Tube video called TEXAS SCHOOL BOOK DEPOSITORY that will support this film. Phil Ochs was later found dead of an apparent hanging suicide. I wonder.....

man, it's a shame none of his greats are on youtube such as Foolish Like the Flowers, or Wind and Sand.

Dylan himself said Andersen is "a great ballet singer".

Every child ought to be taught this song at the age of seven - it's a wonderful tale - about friendship, struggle and justice - and would get them ready for what's ahesd.

This is a lovely rendition by the composer, but it still strikes me as banal and derivative. It is Dylan lite due to the self-serving alliterative lyrics and heroic pretensions that would not pass were they not presented by the pretty boy.

There need to be a revival of Phil Ochs spirit in this Country! He lived outside of himself!
