I completely agree. Frankie J's version is the polar opposite to the original. Since it was written by Extreme, it is easy to see how the emotions they show in the song are meaningful and honest. This video shows them turning things down and off to remove distractions. Frankie J starts his off by sh*tting up the vocals, then adds some cheap 'rent a band' support with some cheezy synth drums. Unlistenable crap that. 3 seconds in, I almost turned it off but gave it a chance - stupid me. Yech.
