drag the .avi thats on ur desk into WMM, then place it in the timeline. "save movie file" from the file menu, then save for use on my computer. Reccomended size is ussually uner 100 MB. done. upload the WMV you created to youtube.

Okay i did a movie on Vegas Pro 8.0.Then,i clicked "Render as".I did "Video for Windows (*.AVI) .Now,it's on my desktop,and you said that i need to put it on movie maker,and then save it to put the video on youtube? Now,when i am on movie maker,it can't find the file what is saved on Vegas Pro.What's the problem?

Render As... then render it as .AVI, throw the AVI in windows movie maker, make movie, for playback on my computer, then make it uner 100 MB.
