Yeah, just download any music notation software for Mac. I know for one that Sibelius and Finale both work for Mac. All through high school, I used Sibelius on my Mac for music assignments. Just download a free demo version and import your .MIDI file. It'll automatically notate the score for you. Wow... I feel like I've just answered a question on Yahoo! Answers...

The only thing I like about Noteworthy is being able to change the clef, because I'm too lazy to do it myself. I use Finale, and I don't know how to change the clef there xD!
