No offense to anyone but I'm surprised to see such intelligent arguments on this video. Most people just argue with personal insults but people here are actually presenting real arguments.
It's actually sort of eerie.

Oh, I am so glad you brought up the constitution. It says the government is to be ran by the will of the people. The people in power are supposed to do our will. The majority of the american people want us to leave Iraq, and Bush and McCain will not listen. That is a direct violation of the constitution.

Huge voltage is required to split water to produce hydrogen and oxygen. Some of that energy is released in the process you describe, thus powering your car. For every joule of energy available to power the car another joule was previously required to produce, compress, and liquefy the hydrogen for the fuel cell.

I Love Obama!
Just kidding, he is as bad as McCain...perhaps worse fiscally. You will see an economic collapse if he finagles his way into office and a quick movement towards socialism.
WAKE UP! EDUCATE YOURSELF ON ECONOMICS AND ESPECIALLY THE CONSTITUTION AND THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRESIDENT AS DICTATED BY THE CONSTITUTION.

he will be a good president

plug in cars still use electricity, electricity that is made from fossil fuels, what we really need is the water-car that runs on hydrogen and makes water as a waste product. im glad Obama is looking at other fuels though

Does this comment count? I hope so.

You better hurry up Mr. Censorship! You're falling behind!! You wouldn't want to give the impression that no one has commented on this videos for over 4 hours!

Bio fuels are not a good idea full stop. There is no way ANYONE can allow themselves to take food from a population to feed another population's cars.

The need for energy independence is a beautiful notion but with such a large consumer country that is the USA, full energy independence is basically impossible. You can drill all you want in the Gulf of Mexico but until the US chooses a energy plan that has little to do with petrol you wont be able to cut down on middle eastern petrol and their ridiculous prices. Sen. Obama understands this without ignoring the very realy fact that America is still VERY petrol dependent. Lets vote for the future |
