this is really easy and work
but you not gonna have results if you do that just 3 times for week,like he said on the video just work if you do everyday and if you felling the your abs are overworked do it to!!!!but not do all the 45 seconds of each exercise!
I go for the gym daily and i do crunchs there to but in a diferent way

Actually you really need to give your muscles a chance to rest. Tough core/abs training should be done with days of rest inbetween.

you do it once every day, but if your just starting to workout, then you should do it once every 2 or 3 days, just until your abs get used to it and heal up faster
