I don't care if this show kinda messed up the Green Goblin's origin (he is turned into a real goblin instead of having a split personality) That show is so awesome!

I couldn't wait to wake up on Saturday mornings and hear Stan Lee say "Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends Iceman and Firestar" and "Greetings True Believers."

I wasn't quite born when this orginally aired, (I was born in 1984), but I can tell you how someone could feel nostalgic. The music to this show makes it seem like a classic. I'm glad they now show this on Toon Disney. The music puts you in deep thought. It makes me feel like I wish I was around back then.

so how much are they selling the dvds for in the UK stores? i saw 2 copies (old and new) of season 1 dvds on ebay, they are going for $34-$40 USD...

Nostalgic. Hated it, still hate most everything Marvel poops out, but childhood memories are still childhood memories.
