No, I never said that. Watch the video again. I say "The thinner you make it the easier it's gonna be to bend the knife. The thicker you make it the harder it's gonna be to cut so that's your choice." I never say anything about it being sharp. When I say it's going to be harder to cut, I'm referring to the aluminum material itself. It will be harder to cut out if it's thicker.
