I don't think that's the intention of the song. He's proud of doing things his way, you don't become Frank Sinatra by following the rest of the Rat Pack (pun intended.) Seriously though, you aren't going to live a full life working at some boring 40 hour a week job your entire life for someone else. The only way to live life is to do it your way, not your bosses way. Be your own boss, your own man, your own authority in life. That's what the song is about to me anyways. Peace out!
