Originally a track from 1981's 'Fresh Fruit In Foreign Places', it belatedly became a minor (#29) UK hit at Christmas 1982 in the wake of the huge success of that year's 'Tropical Gangsters' album. Kid Creole and the Coconuts were another of the US-based groups of the early 80s who broke big commercially in Britain while remaining cult favourites in the US.
