That Integra looks like shit.
My buddy had a 450 whp ball bearing turbo Integra, it was damned fast but it would never hook up without slicks. Even at 60 mph it would start spinning the front tires during a highway run.

The nsx is a different story. If you say nsx vs skyline your probably going to have a closer race. The nsx was designed as a super car. The integra wasn't. The integra is an ok car but for someone to actually think they can beat a skyline especially one built by JUN then they are stupid.
