They are a 20, 000 strong force who waged war for over a decade. Nepal's Maoists are now committed, at least on paper to laying down their arms and seeking power instead through the ballot box. The Maoist guns may be silent for now, but if the result of this vote is not to their liking, many Nepalese fear a bloody end to this experiment with democracy.

Mao instituted a Stalinist deformed workers where the workers lost all power to a new bureaucratic class. This led to the return of capitalism in china. The Nepalese shouldn't drop Communism but should drop the degenerated communism of the Maoists. If they don't Nepal will end up another grotesque caricature of socialism like China or North Korea. Long live Marx, Engels, Lenin and Trotsky!!.

I said that many times. This channel try to portray itself as an "alternative point of view" yet they do exactly the kind of reporting you would expect from BBc (not to mention cnn) Why not "will Sr bush rspect the results as he did with hamas?"

Despite your propaganda, Aljazeera, the Comunist Party (maoist) and the Communist Party won. The question is, will you respect the results Aljazeera? Or will you generate more division and violence with your usual propaganda?

I think the Maoists might actually do a good job- if they actually follow Maoist philosophy. Less money for the rich and more money for the poor is exactly what their country needs. And the government is a republic of mostly liberal parties, so they shouldn't have trouble making changes, but at the same time won't have too much power of their own. Looks like progress is on the way.
