True, but unlike DirecX, OpenGL is multiplatform, so games can run on MacOS, Linux, and other systems.

It looks very, very good, but none of the shaders works on my card. I can run Crysis and F.e.a.r with all settings On, so... I think I will choose DirectX to make games. Python seems easier than C++.net, but if there is not enough support for OpenGL, I can't use it. We want good look and compatibility in the games, isn't? Another victory for Microsoft :(
