you set hard drive through jumpers or software to be the slave hard drive, when its connected to your computer. once the game is successfully on the hard drive. take the hard drive out of your computer, set the jumper back to master, and use it with your ps2. i wish someone would tell me where to download the hdloader from and how to burn it on a dvd, instead of buying one.

there is somewhat of a faster way...i mean installing your games like that puts great strain on your ps2 laser and it damage it...which kinda defeats the purpose of having a harddrive...but for those savy hackers out there, use "winhiip" to transfer files directly from computer to harddrive, your harddrive must be connected to your computer with either SATA, IDE, etc. google to find out more info
