He was injesting Synthol, Pump n Pose, or liquid Muscle directly in to the muscle. This is called fluffing. The oil takes about 6 months to break down in the muscle. It causes inflamation to build up and the muscle is larger but it is temporary. You may can a little size in the long run but not much if you quit using it.

Im confused. How are steroids bad? One example was offered. An abcess. An abcess can happen from an ingrown hair. If an unsterile syringe cause Valentinos abcess then would using sterile syringes make it safe?

it makes you feel stronger to be bigger,not over doing it but having some muscle does put you at an advantage

Yeah, it gives you power, but the useless power to lift really heavy objects. You'd never see one of these guys step into the ring with a boxer who's bicep is half the diameter of theirs, because he'd still punch their muscly face in. That's why I don't get it. Big muscles don't make you any tougher than some skinny guy who knows how to snap your arm at the elbow with one hand. But I guess body building is pure vanity.
