As far as I know she usually goes heavy on the makeup but hasn't made any cosmetic operations.
She's naturally stacked.
She also had a child or two between this performance and the one in ESC 2008, might have changed her looks slightly.

She is a wealthy woman nowadays, which is a result of hard work. She grew up on a farm in the south of Sweden, and today she's one our country's most popular singers. She didn't sing different songs in Melodifestivalen 1999 and ESC 1999 - the lyrics is just translated into English.

Varför låter alla plötsligt så snälla mot hennes utseende 1999? Jag kommer ihåg när hon tävlade och att alla tyckte att hon såg ut som en hora då. Vad hon än gör så blir det ju fel, lika bra att göra tusentals operationer.
