Good for you yumichan, I'm pleased to hear you're making better eating choices :-) I'm passionate about what I eat too. Being a chocoholic (which I used to be) doesn't have a patch on a healthy lifestyle for so many reasons other than looks, I just wish those reasons were promoted higher than appearances.

You have some excellent points there, my only arguement I have is about the end of your sentance: the reason those girls kept on eating what they were is because they were very addicted to the sugar and salt in a similar way you get addicted to drugs. It can be harder to quit sometimes, plus when you're chock full of rubbish food it hampers the thinking process in the same way it badly effects your body (it's amazing how many people can forget their heads are attached to their bodies!) :-D

Good on him for actually speaking out about this issue and taking on these huge corporations that think they cant shirk their responsibilities and try and pull the wool over our eyes. BUT its also our responsibility.we choose what we eat and most of us choose badly...so the girls suing mcdonalds are as dumb as they are obese..who would get into that state and still keep eating! morons!

Man, I love this guy. I've totally boycotted over fast food of any sort now just because I can see what it's doing to the body. Even though I made good eating choices before, I watched "Supersize Me" and I've made even better choices. You never really think how much watching a film can affect your diet, eh?
