Classic title sequence that upstages the feature. Problem is you cut it short. You left out the countdown and the start of the race.

@SteveAndldiAmin sry, but if u mean the scene at 1:42, this is the austrian F1 Champion in 1970 - Jochen Rindt stuffing cotton in his ears. :)

I was seven when I first saw this on BBC1 Jubilee year. It electrified my entire head and spine (this and Le Mans got me totally hooked). It would be great if they would re-release it for cinema once again for those of us who were not around 1966 to watch it with such a presentation. Le Mans should be re-released for the cinema too. If not for general release at least for specialist type cinemas.

No other car movie comes within 10 percent of this movie. This was the very first of the in-car camera shots, and they were excellent. Some of the spoken lines were fantastic too!
