Global warming is happening. Temperatures have already risen by 0.76 degrees since the industrial revolution and are projected to rise further by 1.8 - 4 degrees by the end of the century. The last time climate change happened at this pace was 125,000 years ago and led to a 4-6 metre sea level rise. Global warming at the upper end of the scale predicted by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change would have catastrophic consequences for Europe. Up to 30% of plant, animal and bird species would be wiped out and the threat of natural disasters such as landslides, floods and mudslides would increase significantly. "The sun, of late, is remarkably free of eruptions: It has lost its spots. By this point in the solar cycle, sunspots would ordinarily have been present in goodly numbers. Today's spotlessness -- [sic]--may be an anomaly of some kind, and the sun may soon revert to form. But if it doesn't -- and with each passing day, the speculation in the scientific community grows that it will not -- we could be entering a new epoch that few would welcome." --Lawrence Solomon -National Post, May 31/2008

"...the Little Ice Age, a time known as the Maunder Minimum (named after English astronomer Edward Maunder), astronomers saw only about 50 sunspots over a 30-year period, less than one half of 1% of the sunspots that would normally have been expected. Other Minimums -- times of low sunspot activity -- also corresponded to times of unusual cold." --Lawrence Solomon -columnist -author, "The Deniers" -National Post, May 31/2008

It must have been spring when they took all of those shots of Engleburg, this video isn't scientific, its political, stick to hard science please, like temperature readings instead of the testimonials of semi-literate ski patrolers in the Alps.

climate change could be a result of large object approaching. Apparently there are changes in the other planets as well. The sun has had more solar flares. Nasa released information a couple of years ago indicating there is a massive body passed pluto. I'm not saying that the way we treat our home isn't ignorant and vile, but there could be something else affecting our weather.
