Chidori and raikiri are the same thing, you can watch "kakashi gaiden" and you'll see than kakashi says "chidori" the first time he does that jutsu, kakashi calls that jutsu "raikiri" because he could cut a lightning with it. Chidori and raikiri have the same number of handseals and you can watch that in the fight between kakashi and zabusa and the fight between kakashi and gaara

you already added nature manipulation to raikiri. Its thunder element. you have to combine it with shape manipulation aka rasengan. or if you have a kekkai genkai then you could combine it together
