but they were sometimes powerful in season three, like in call of the primitives, were the dinobots took on both the terracons and the predacons, with only swoop being harmed

Then after the '86 they turned the Dinobots into comic relief...which was lame. The Dinobots were the Autobots' best warriors. Stupid writers and toy exacs, bumping them down on the totem pole.
