no, they're LED so you can use them as many times as the battery allows. they use AAA batteries (2 AAA batteries per poi, but different variations use different amounts depending on length)

they're flowpoi and if you search "flowtoys" on google you can go to the website and buy the same ones he has or other variants.

Great job! Glad to hear that you're getting moves down. It does take time to learn moves, so be patient, but it's well worth it. haha, yeah after you pass a certain point you won't really hit yourself anymore, you'll also learn to feel when you're going to mess up and how to dodge the sticks. need any help just ask =)

dam! I just got the weave and umm butter fly! I think going to take me a long time to learn many moves O.o even basic! tho main thing is i enjoying it even tho it hurts some times lol
