The reason this commercial was taken off the air is because of her original Like a prayer video that portrays religious imagery which is just BS as to why this ad was pulled. Who cares if the original music video was more racy? It still had nothing to do w/ this pepsi ad except that like a prayer is playing for the pepsi ad and for her Like a prayer original music video.

this is NOT the commercial the tv suits yanked, the one they yanked had a black jesus that Madge starts to suck face with. LEARN TO THINK FOR YOURSELVES

Because in her regular video the Jesus figure was black. Heaven forbid! It's incredibly stupid how people react, but I guess racism was alive and kicking even then.
