if anyone wants to know how to fly a boat like flying cars ill tell ya. you need 2 cheats cars float away when hit and flying boats. 1st get 2 boats next to each other get in one boat and hit it 2nd when the other boat is floating quickly use jetpack and fly onto it and drive. because of flying boats you can controll it. thx 4 reading
