When I first saw this video in 1987, I thought another no. 1 hit song for her, but it didn't. I just don't know what its highest rank in top 40, and anyway only Kasey Kasem was the official posting of songs every week. Love the good all days of my 80's. I used to listen to American's top 40, 4 long hours just to see what song will be no. 1.

Her voice kind of reminds me of the Jem cartoon series, which I'm sure took inspiration from artists like Debbie Gibson and Tiffany herself.

I remember everytime i listened to this song i was frustrated it ended so soon. I wish she would have pushed the chorus at the end a little longer.
