Seriously what drives me to do business? to do service to others, even though all enterprises aim to gain big profit, but not many I would say, it's just the beautiful thing to be a master, but a servant. I think owners have alot of work too, as much as the agents, but they shouldn't lose contact with one another, I don't know if it is easy or not, butany how this presentation was awesome.

In many corporations it is part of the job to be alert to ethical problems and violations, because they can really damage a corporation. Patrick Dixon

For this and many other reasons, corporations are increasingly having to look at how they operate. However, if a team member feels uneasy about how things are done it is vital that this is communicated in the right way, not aggressively or arrogantly, but in a spirit of wanting to understand why things are done this way, and wanting to suggest a better way. I have seen many situations where things have changed as a result.

Those with the most talent are the ones companies most need to be successful - and they also have most choices, find it easier to leave a job if uneasy about ethics.

is that great advise?

Someone i know had a meeting with one of the biggest organizations in the world(where He worked)and pleaded with, presented reasons, and argued ethical problems concerning their management process .Alls that did was just made him a target-to the point of almost firing him.For heavens sake don't rock the boat-Just pass the buck-seems to be their motto. He's cynical. He doesn't even want to go into management now seeing as how he can't even make a change ethically in his current work description.
