I rode with a local club/team once or twice a week for a couple months (I was 15 so I was riding around for fun for a few years before that). When I felt I was "pretty good" I entered my first race and got completely annihilated. After 2-3 months of more group rides (and knowing what to expect in a race so therefore riding differently) I finally finished a race.

I thought so. Thanks. I'm in Texas now but have good memories of that place. I believe it was called the Terre Haute Estate and was Bethel's Municipal Golf Course, a 9-hole cow pasture of a course tended by one man, Mister Willy. I think the greens fee was $2 or $3 for all-day play. And it was host to the annual Bethel Open!

I´ve just bought my first Road bike, it´s a merida Road 901 bike and i love it. I can´t whait to have my first experience in any free race.!!!! by the way, great video, i felth allmost there...hehehe

I like that helmet cam's quality. What editing software do you use? I've a helmet cam video as well, but your editing is much better. Any tips ^_^ Keep up the cool vids.
