its a sun falling on the mountain where is no clouds, looks like twilight. satellite must had a technical problem while taking a shot. thats why there is a line on top. No ufos in greenland, no worries.

If you go to 73 deg N, 46 deg 30" W, you will see another object in the ice. It is bell-shaped and not as distinct as the one shown in this video, but it has the same copper-type colour. I reckon it must be related in some way.

I do NOT see how it's a colored join in the pic! LOOK at it! It has scratches, & it has SNOW covering the 2 ends! Ya right, like it can snow on a pic join! My guess is that it's something all the nations of the world know about, as it's highly visible, & that it has to be something that was or is HIGHLY useful to some huge organization, to spend so much on building it. I agree with Robert Moffat above! Bet it has/had a similar purpose. A pic joiner or color error??? Surely you jest!

To French concrete, if you want to see a color error look up Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada... I never been there but trust me when i say THE GROUND IS NOT PINK!!!.. the object in this picture is not real...
