take a 44 galon drum,drill 3 holes in the cap(2 for wires and one 4 a car valve stem and seal with araldite glue and solder a brocken park light bulb to inside of cap)submerse the drum in a pool then turn it upside down, adjust your oxy with too much gass(just a bit)and bump out the flame, put the torch under water so it bubbles up through the cap till its full nd put cap on, then with a long tube on the valve stem and long wires on the light now pressurise it up to 30 psi(with oxy)NOW ADD12V ;)
