Ahhh. I like Barnaul. Wish I had more. Everytime there's a auction on Gunbroker for Barnaul 5.45x39, the price goes to high for my pocket.
They sell the standard 52gr. FMJ Monarch in blue boxes. But if you buy the soft points, they come in the more flat US style packaging that's black and yellow with a silhouette of a deer on it.

Yes. It's the tactical forend made by Kel-Tec. You can buy one from their website. Gives the SU-16 a totally different look. It also has a accessory rail underneath it. So you can slap on vertical grips, tac lights, bipods, etc.
