Well that's what I said. We borrow our own money from the IMF and our govt then puts it in the treasury at the central bank. The central bank loans money to high street bank and bank charges interest when it lends it to you. Central bank can then print more money based on the loan value and the interest, then it taxes you some more and puts that into the IMF to repay the interest on your own money which it "loaned" you.

im talking about the central bank in the US, not the IMF. i dont know anything on the IMF. from your comment im assuming it gets its money from member countries.
im not sure i understand what youre trying to point out. govs deposit our money in the IMF and borrow it back with interest as you said

The IMF's resources come mainly from the quotas that countries deposit when they join the IMF.
I suggest you look at the IMF's website for accurate information. ( Can't post the link but Google where does the IMF get it's money from ) and you'll find it.
Govt's deposit OUR money then "borrow it back" as I said.

taxes aren't loaned to banks, the fed doesn't owe the government money.
