I'm just reading his auto biography -'i am the blues' great book, there are so many blues--many I do in my band that I didn;t know were originally penned by him. will be looking for that album by the same same.

Reply to snake1mi - classic blues and all you can do is offer commentary on their clothes? At least they dressed like the entertainment! Willie was a great American talent - he created stars such as Koko Taylor, Howlin' Wolf and Muddy Waters - with all the songs he wrote for them. I am grateful for the folks who post these vintage live footages. Check out Willie's band mates - Carey Bell on harp for starters.
