I believe that I have PCOS!! I have been to my doctor and I am waiting for my test results to come back. I have not had my period in 5 months and my weight yo-yo's. I have acne and mood swings. My heart aches for all those women who suffer from this horrible disease.

it doesn't neccessarily make you infertile, it just decreases your chances of getting pregnant - which means you could get pregnant if you're not careful.

If my weight gain continmues, I want a gastric band when I am 18. I'm not that large, but I don't wanna be overweight anymore. I do think I have PCO, although doctors havn't confirmed it, I have all the symptoms. and I am 16. When I took medication, it made me even more ill.

Hi... I am a pcos patient also and I'm having problems with conceiving a child..We've tried everything, metformin,clomid,even injectibles like puregon and even tried the IUI which is very pricey but nothing happened it's all because of my pcos..I have the symptoms like hair loss, unwanted hairs, but I am not obese or even fat...Now I think I'll try the ovarian drilling...I sure hope for some guidance from God and some help with the doctors...It's very depressing though.. :-(

i strongly belive that i have this syndrome.
im only 18 but i already knw that i cant get pregnant. six months of unprotected sex and nothing. i wasnt necessarily trying, but just wanted to test it out. I have an ultrasound this tuesday, i hope they can see whats up, because i really do belive this is what i have.

your weight dose not cause pcos, pcos causes you to gain weight easily and makes it hard to lose the weight
