This book is amazing and has made me think about so many things. I'm glad I'm reading it now than later, though I'll probably read it again and again. I would of really wanted to meet Morrie.

Wow, listen to yourself. He's the one that is actually sharing and offering what he has with the world. I don't think you've read the book thoroughly enough if you don't see that.

it's slightly bizzare but incredibly amazing to be watching footage of the person that 'tuesdays with morrie' was actually written about...you kind of forget while reading the book that it is a real person and that everything actually happened and it's very cool to see him say the things that it was written he said in the book...incredible man :)

There are not "MANY people like Morrie." There are MANY people with ALS. With no disrespect to those with this disease, but how many of them exhibit the will-power and strength of Morrie. A man with such humility and such love for life. A man who wakes up some mornings to yet another disabled body function; however, he pushes the grief away with a smile, anticipating the day's visitor and what he can pass on to them. This is a great story, and one which deserves nothing but respect.

Seriously you need to fuck off guys.
Yes the book was amazing, well written and what not. They don't think of him as a saint - they think of him as someone who has advice to give. He was the type of person who was always there for his friends, for his family, for his students. He knew how to live life... and he knew how to die. He just wanted to share his knowledge with everyone... But glad people can be so insensitive.
