Are you joking me? The ship is moving out of drydock to be fitted with all the electronics equipment and other kinds of equipment. Its not finished yet and its going to be painted before its handed over to the new shipowner. This is to make space for a new ship being built in the drydock. The ship is probably pained with three layers of coating (Shop primer , zinc and jotamastic) in this video.
