What's with Christ Matthews dissing industrial hemp? It's a huge part of American and global history for a reason. It's the most productive plant civilization has found. Anyone who questions this should go do some research, wherever they please, and they'll come to their senses. By calling that a dog whistle, he's calling the American majority ignorant and unintelligent but I guess he's too much of both to realize he's exactly that. How these people hold top level reporting jobs is beyond me

Ralph Nader for drug law reform. Obama may He may have admitted to smoking pot and me may claim to be the candidate to fix american healthcare - but he doesn't give a damn about peoples basic freedoms, will keep treating drug abuse as a criminal problem rather than a health care problem, will keep letting violent organized crime generate reap all the profits from the drug industry and caters to the health insurance companies before the citizen patients by opposing the single payer system.

Mizzijr...that is the problem with this country...it's gone downhill ethically and morally. It's that liberalism and acceptance of a "freakin a billion people that have tried marijuan and have done it, i know people smoke it on a daily basis, Obama was just smart enough to stop." What kind of logic is that? Smoking pot not only affects people in negative ways, it helps demoralize our society as a whole. Because once you cross that threshold of smoking pot...what else is next. ? Crack?

Many people dont like Obama because he is black, and because its so racist, they try to find other reasons that arent even important like this, there are freakin a billion people that have tried marijuana and have done it, i know people that smoke it on a daily basis, but they arent bad, Obama was just smart enough to stop.

yah like i said, the avg american suburbanite gets their day off by popping a few xanex to relax or relieves anxiety by taking oxycontin which is basically morphine. Not to mention the alcohol people drink. Did you know bush's granddad did business with an organization that funded the nazi war movement? Look it up, it's true. Yah and what you said, if we found real evidence that there was a nuclear assault against us by some small islamic country, we would literally wipe them off the map.

Herb(al) remedies are better than synthetic drugs that have devastating consequences. And the Hussien in Obama's name is just a bogus scare tactic. The Bush family has close ties with the Bin Laden family, how much scarier can it get? And to think that Muslim people could change America is idiotic. Picture Black American people whose ancestors built this nation, siding with some type of Afghani or Iraqi foreign invasion on American Soil. AMERICA HAS WEAPONS OF MASS, plenty of it too.
