you got a good theory, theirs some articles claming that bay said that dinobot may appear including the constructicons...the last part was clearly from jurrasic park but its still good.

its on the soundtrack of the movie, when optimus meets the other autobots and he talks about cybertron past, either that or at the end after the final battle.. cant recall for sure

Actually from what i have heard... Scorponok actually gives megatron his spark so he can be revived.. Not sure if this is true.. But it's what i have heard.
