That's not really true. Sasori has no kekkei genkai. Kakuzu doesn't. Hidan... not certain. Kisame doesn't. He just looks weird. But he is indeed powerfull for one without a bloodline limit.

Orochimaru, Deidara, and Sasori are all geniuses that were not gifted with hereditary bodies. They were geniuses. Orochimaru conquered all known jutsus, attained limited immortality,developed edo tensei. Deidara succeeded in developing microscopic bombs, a village collapser in the form of c3, and turned himself into a bomb as well. Sasori learned how to transform humans into puppets and retain their techniques, very potent poison, and limited immortality as well.

orochimaru is the most powerful shinobi ive ever seen in this anime that didn't use a blood line power why bcuz he can deal with such a class s ninja lvl and blood line user and he conquered the rice country and he named that village the hidden village of sound and became it's very own otokage, and he didn't copy his jutsu's in fact he conducting his own experiments to make such a high lvl jutsu like kuchiyose edo tensei and etc which is shiki fuujin is the only thing that can stop and seal

Are you nuts, Orochimaru doesn't rely soley on his ninja skills, he relies soley on OTHERS' skills.
