at no point did i say it was important. Im just saying, he's pretty damn ugly. Usually guitarists with skills like him are at least a little bit attractive. He isnt, i wasnt implying he's a shit guitarist because he's ugly. Just thats he's ugly!

The scalloped fretboard helps in a couple of ways. One, it makes the notes more distinct as your fingers don't make contact with the fretboard and deaden the strings. Two, it makes playing the frets up towards the body feel more natural at the angle we hold a guitar when standing. Yngwie would be awesome without the scalloped frets though.
