If you're just using Avery labels/sheets your sticker won't really hold up to outdoor elements (wind, rain, freeze).

Okay, so you take a resealable clear shipping pouch (like you get at FedEx). You peel the top portion off, okay. You place your sticker design face down on the sticky side (that's where the "shiny" comes from) and trim, okay. But, then what? You still have to put a sticky substance (double-sided tape?) on the back of the sticker to make it a "sticker".
