A kid blames lack of health insurance for his cancer because he couldn't take preventative medicine. Tamoxifen is only recommended for high risk women, and not for men at all - so there is no preventative medicine no matter how much government looks out for you. GET OFF YOUR ASS AND HELP YOURSELF.

Socialized medicine is a disaster everywhere. Canada has a population of about 35 million & is short 28,000 doctors. Imagine the nightmare of the government trying to provide health care for 300+million. Who would want to spend a million dollars + 12 yrs for education to become a underpaid overworked government doctor. We need to cap the amount of money lawyers can make on lawsuits and the ins co's & the AMA need to work out a solution for those in need. It can be done in the private sector.

Still waiting on "professor" dimwit's brilliant response to this simple question: Our private health care system (which you are so enamored with) charges Americans more per person and yet provide less overall coverage; how do you defend it as being a better system than the universal health care in other industrialized nations where their systems cost less per person and covers everyone? One week and counting, and still no response from the rightwing stooge. Not a surprise. :)

Your Property British property needs no health care... Look up tails from the DarkSide Obama knows why we don't have it... i know relatively little of politics and correct me if im wrong, but it does seem to me that although these candidates may be highly educated and experienced, theyre talking all sorts of simplistic bullshit.. also professorenigma youre such a nerd, no one understands what youre saying
