DOJ Preparing to Charge Six Blackwater Guards in Nisour Square MassacreIndictments for the killing of 17 Iraqis would likely be sought under the Military Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Act, which would be unprecedented.The Blackwater incident caused domestic outrage in Iraq and has prompted legal controversy in the US. In November, the New York Times and the Washington Post reported that an FBI investigation into the incident concluded that the shootings were unjustified.

* PROSECUTORS FOCUS ON BLACKWATER CASE : Report / WASHINGTON - U.S. prosecutors have sent letters to six Blackwater Worldwide security guards, possibly as a prelude to indictments for a shooting incident that killed 17 Iraqi civilians in September. The September shooting enraged the Iraqi government, which wanted to put contractors under Iraqi legal jurisdiction. Iraqis also were upset in April when the State Department renewed Blackwater's contract to protect U.S. personnel in Baghdad.

Our military has been sent away to fight wars oversees, who will protect the american citizens from Blackwater and domestically funded foreign troops from becoming the military strongarm of our gov't. The camps are waiting,is the NAU a way to have a cheap source of military troops in the guises of poor new foreign nationals? Get the troops back home, so they can do the right thing and defend America and it's people from it's tyrants right here in this country.

Excellent and interesting video. Problem with the private hired arms is that they're subject to the whims of their "boss" whoever that might be, and their boss is subject to the customer's whims and desires and intentions. So worst case scenario, you have two companies hired by two different people who are at war with each other. A hypothetical -Black Water may be hired, say, by Clinton and XYZ arms company is hired by Obama and both fight each other, this is TRIBAL WARFARE, same as in Iraq.

Problem is there is no line anymore between the military industrial complez & the White House. These corporations have taken over the seat of power from WE THE PEOPLE ! If fact they stole it in 2000 and again in 2004 (watch my clip LYNCHING BY LAPTOP 2). They lied (935 times) to get us in Irak as the child chewing monsters they actualy are. |
