OMG, this BEAT and rhythem is called "Funk" in Brasil, but it also goes by "Baile Funk", "Favela Funk", and "Funk Carioca". Its popular in the slums, and people split the floor, fight, and die in these clubs :D Although they rap over this beat, but not the rap Americans are used to.
