uh gunzkid this song is in 4/4 then onto 8/12 at the end, the same as what you might find in a 'normal' song. and its quite clearly in key, just down-tuned. the point being your perception of wether this is good or bad music is personal, don't pretend to have any solid well informed reasons for it.
