we watched this in our lecture today, you guys did a great job :) and FYI "ducatistadk" we were told today that 8% of medication errors are the wrong drug, 14% wrong patient!

This is a TERRIBLE and STUPID video. The vast majority of medication errors are NOT caused by carelesness. Go wash your mouth with soap and read James Reason's book "Human Error".
