It's called the Love Theme from "St. Elmos Fire" and obviously the artist is David Foster. That's the way you can find it on iTunes.

This song makes me feel sooooo beautiful, talented, successful, and blessed! it makes me want to hold my chest out and take a deep breath in and look around at the world and realize that its not so bad! Its as though my vision is enhanced and my hearing is elevated as the instrumentals bounce around the inside of my head and tickle the inner vessels of my eye lids as i close my eyes... release the air I had been holding, and let the melody play till eternity begins.
