Damn, I remember this song! This was a bad-ass rock anthem. I loved how it gave listeners a lesson on the history of rock. I remember doing a history project in the 6th grade based off this song. I cut out pictures of artists mentioned in this song, i.e. Little Richard, Elvis Presley, Motley Crue, Bon Jovi etc. and wrote aout their acheivements and work and made a timeline-diorama thingy and played the cassette single of this song as I presented it to the class. Ah, school days!

nope, Jim gillette is married to Lita not Stave R (- the singer). Jim & CO just recorded a LP when he was in Tuff! ;)

Pretty Boy Floyd is a hard rock band from Hollywood, California formed in 1987. They are most famous for their 1989 debut album Leather Boyz With Electric Toyz and the two singles from it; "Rock and Roll" and "I Wanna Be With You". The band broke up in 1991, but reformed in 1995 releasing several new records since that time. They continue on today.
